Our chocolate classics are a mix of tarts, pies and cakes. From classic fudge cakes to Rocky Road, our chocolate range is vastly extensive - needless to say we are complete chocolate lovers!

Our cheesecakes are far from simple. With ingredients such as Cherry, Baked Espresso and Baileys - you will find something wonderful in our cheesecake section!

Fruit & Apple Pies

 


All our fruit and apple pies all come cased in our superb shortcrust pastry using the finest Bramley apples. Flavours include family classics such as Apple and Blackcurrant.

Set Cheesecakes

 


All our set cheesecakes are made with the finest fresh cream, eggs and cream cheese. Not only is the fruit displayed on-top, but it's folded into the mixture to create extra richness!

Fruit Frangipans

 


Our fruit frangipans are filled with rich frangipan then topped with a fruit of your choice. Finished perfectly with a  decorated pastry latticing. Fillings include: Apricot and Black Cherry.

Traditional Desserts & Tarts

 


Our traditional desserts and tarts include historical favourites; Lemon Meringue Pie, Bakewell Tart, Banoffe Pie to name but a few. Many served delicious hot or cold!

From classic Apple pies to luxury crumble tarts, our Apple desserts are cooked in the finest butter pastry to create something truly luxurious and special. You will not be disappointed.

Our Tarte au Citron is simply gorgeous. Rich, creamy filling poured in all butter sweet pastry. Just one of our many sweet fabulous tortes and tarts. Fantastic!

Treacle Selection

 


Classic treacle based puddings with a twist. Taking the traditional pudding to a new level with toppings and fillings such as crushed ginger and apricots.

Quiches & Savoury Tarts

 


Classic savoury quiches which can be served hot or cold. Toppings include: Ham. pineapple, salmon, cheese, broccoli, pears and many more! Can also be supplied Frozen.

Roulades

 


Scrumptious roulades made with our own genoise sponge. Fantastic flavours, all generously filled with fresh double cream then individually hand crafted and decorated.

Our individual desserts are luxurious and beautifully decorated. From the wonderful chic Italian Panna Cotta to splendid gooey chocolate brownies! Yum Yum!

The Puddings

 


Our range of classic puddings include our Luxury Bread and Butter pudding and Sticky toffee pudding. Sensational classic puddings made at the finest quality!

All fresh cream products: 2 days. All other products: 4/7 days. All our products should be kept refrigerated (+1 degree to +4 degree)

As a small local company, we pride ourselves on passion, quality and authenticity in all the products we create. Established in 1986 producing high quality, hand made desserts for the catering trade. All our products are made fresh to order. They are made on our premises with the best ingredients, i.e. fresh cream, butter, genuine liqueur, Belgian chocolate and fresh fruit (as available).
